The Dealer Understands and Agrees to the Following:
• Museum management, its agents, officers, or employees shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Dealer, its agents or employees, which may have occurred. Dealer waives any claim
against Management and assumes all liability for loss or damage to Dealer’s property entrusted to the premises. Dealer shall hold Management harmless and shall indemnify Management against all liability
or expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney’s fees.
• Management reserves the right to demand removal by Dealer of any items which may not be in keeping with the MapCon. Reproductions are NOT permitted.
• Management reserves the right to make rules and regulations it deems proper and necessary, whether written or oral, and Dealer agrees to accept such rules and regulations and any interpretation thereof as
is set forth by Management.
• NO SMOKING in any area of the museum.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited!
• No alcohol may be brought into the museum.
• Items may not be hung or secured in any way that would mar any surface, including function room posts, beams and walls. Tape is not permitted on any surface.
• RMCA is not responsible for any items or decorations left on site.
• Any damage to function of room, equipment, tables, chairs, (including vehicles) and excessive cleaning will be billed to the dealer.
• The RMCA shall be held harmless for any cost incurred due to the cancellation of the MapCon by the due to an “act of nature.” This may include, but is not limited to: tornado, fire, flooding, severe weather
or power outages. If this occurs RMCA will refund in full the registration fee.
• If for any reason a state of emergency is declared by the federal, state, county or city governments requiring the closure of businesses, RMCA shall not be held liable for any costs or losses of said function by the dealer. In the case of closure, RMCA will refund in full the registration and table fees.
